Whilst we make every effort to include OEM part numbers where possible, please note these
are included as reference only. All products supplied by Predator4x4 are intended as alternatives to the equivalent OEM item(s).
We ask all our customers to check your order upon arrival. Please do not sign for any item as received in good condition if you find any sign of damage to your order. We will be happy to resolve any damaged in transit issues but we do ask that you refuse to accept the delivery if the item arrives with damage.
Fitting
All fitting instructions / videos provided by Predator4x4 (where available – please contact us before purchasing to check, if you require instructions) are intended as guidelines only.
As such an assessment should be made in terms of vehicle compatibility, safety measures etc before attempting to fit any product. Predator4x4 accepts no liability for damage or injury caused during fitting of any product supplied. Predator4x4 will not be held responsible for any errors, omissions or for the results achieved from the use of such fitting guidance howsoever supplied.
Please note this item may require professional preparation and painting before being fitted to your vehicle. The supplied surface finish is not expected to be left as is when mounted to the car. We recommend the item is test fitted before painting to ensure accurate fitment for your application. Please be aware we CAN NOT ACCEPT the return of any item that has been painted.
We recommend all our parts be fitted by qualified persons to ensure correct installation and compatibility. We do not however accept any liability for the costs involved in this. In addition we shall not be held liable for labour costs incurred relating to incompatibility or product failure.

Returns & Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. In all cases we ask that returned items are provided back to us in an un-used state; in their original packaging.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item – please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to resolve any issues promptly
If you have purchased an item by mistake or you simply change your mind; please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please note such returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%
Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure that all returned items are sent by a recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.
