Shipping Destinations:

We ship to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Additionally we offer shipping to the EU, please contact our team for more information. Please see our shipping rates per destination below, all prices are for each individual parcel:

UK Mainland (Excluding NI & Scottish Highlands):

Regular Sized Items: 24 Hour Service: £1.49 | 24-48 Hour Service: £0.99

Oversized Items: 24 Hour Service: £4.99 | 24-48 Hour Service: £2.95

Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands: Regular Sized Items: Economy Delivery: £15 | Oversized Items: Economy Delivery: £50

International Orders

Regular Sized Items: Standard Delivery: £40

Shipping Timelines:

Please note that shipping timelines may vary based on the selected service and your location. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, please allow for potential delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 2PM on weekdays will typically be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Missing or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read the following guidelines regarding our returns policy:

Returns Period:

All items purchased from 4×4 Predator must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We adhere to the Consumer Goods Act 2015, which provides consumers with the right to return goods within a reasonable time frame if they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Return Eligibility:
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@4x4predator.co.uk to inform us of your intention to return the item.
  2. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds:
  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
